All card payments are processed through Stripe’s secure payment server. Pierosi.com itself does not store any credit card data. The credit card is charged as usual upon completion of the order. We take over the transaction costs for you, so there are no additional fees.
Yes sure! Our domain servers are operated by one of the largest hosting provider worldwide and meet the highest security standards. Payment via credit cards and Apple Pay is handled by our payment partner Stripe, which military encrypts all card numbers with AES-256.
Shipping
We don’t have shipping costs. Our delivery is free.

Our delivery takes 2-3 weeks on average. It may happen that there are delays due to holidays.
The tracking code of your order will be emailed to you as soon as the order is shipped. You will then be able to track the order via a link. You will usually receive the email with the tracking code after about 7-12 business days after placing order.
Yes. The shipping courier requires a signature upon delivery.
However, you will usually receive an SMS from the courier before delivery. Through the SMS you can set that the package can be deposited at the front door without a signature.
If the courier cannot deliver the package, they will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery date. If you do not contact them, they will destroy the package after a certain time because no one has contacted them.
Clothesrep does not cover these costs. A refund cannot be requested for this situation.
There is a maximum of 2 shoes per package delivered together. If you order 3 shoes, for example, 2 packages will be delivered
99% of the time there are no customs charges. But it can happen. Clothesrep does not cover these costs. These costs must be paid by the customer.
Return / Exchange / Cancellation
All orders are considered final. Only the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items are eligible for the return. Return is unacceptable for a simple change of mind.
Please note that there will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features.
Clothesrep does not exchange goods. You need to create a new order.
Clothesrep accepts order cancellation before items are shipped or produced. Please contact us maximum 1 day after the order to cancel the order.
Anyway, we will refuse your request if the items are already shipped out.
